49° North Nordic Center

Purchase a Nordic Season Pass for the 2009-2010 Season!

Located adjacent to the 49° North Alpine Area sits the brand new 49° North Nordic Center. The Nordic Center invites families to enjoy a variety of winter activities all at one location. There is a warm and cozy yurt located at the trail head of the Nordic Center. A spacious deck overlooks the teaching area and the beautiful front acres of the the Nordic Trail System. The Nordic Trails roll off into the forest where hundred year old tress tower above the expansive corridors. Nordic skiers can enjoy 16 kilometers of groomed trails with track and skate decks. Additional ungroomed snowshoe trails lace the Nordic Center. Lessons are also available for all abilities.

The 49° North Nordic Center remains a work in progress, with more trails and improvements to come!

Trails:		16 Kilometers of cross country with skate lane and tracks. Snow Shoeing available.
Days of Operation:		Friday through Sunday and Holidays. Trails will be groomed during days of operation. Nordic trails are not patrolled on days of non-operation.
Hours of Operation:		9:00am - 4:00pm
Trail Fees:		Weekdays $9 Weekends and Holidays $9
Rentals:		Snowshoes: $12.00, Cross Country Skis: $20.00 can be held with lesson reservation.

General Information:		The Yurt serves as a warming shelter for visitors, some beverages and snacks are available. Dogs allowed with leash on trails after 2:00pm. Check the Events page for upcoming nordic events and activities.

Lessons:	Email for Availability.	$39 per person
Group Lesson:	1-1.5 hour lesson for ages 12 and up
Group Lesson Times:	10:30AM 1:30PM
Private Lesson:	Maximum of 4 people in private group	$39 for 1 hour $9 each additional person $19 each additional hour
Women's Only:	TBD: Beginner at 1:30pm TBD: Intermediate at 1:30pm	$39 per person $39 per person
